Deadlines must be clear and specific No "ASAP", no "yesterday", no "as soon as possible".
Correct: 15.02 by 18:00 inclusive.

Photos and videos — in one place only Upload materials to Google Drive or similar services.
Only final photos approved by the client.

Texts and offers — clear and to the point No "come up with it yourself", "as you wish" or "up to you".
